    Maidenwell Trading Post – Home of The Sauce Man

      Maidenwell Trading Post is a Convenience Store and Cafe. The Sauce man products are produced on site and made from local, in-season products.

      The Sauce Man products consist of Pickled Vegetables, Onions, Eggs, Pickles, Sauces, Relishes, Jams, Marmalade, Glazes, Pastes, Chutneys and Cordial, as well as Frozen Meals. They make over 220 products and are continuously making more.

      They have people that travel far and wide to come to experience their Home-made Pies, Pasties, Sausage Rolls and their delicious Baked Goods that are handmade daily on site.

      Maidenwell Trading Post is in Maidenwell, the gateway to the Bunya Mountains.

      Come in and enjoy their beautiful Tim Adams Chipola Project Coffee with your all-day breakfast or lunch options. Try one of their products from the tasting table; perhaps purchase some locally made Black Garlic, Fudges, Honey, Olives, Peanuts or Mad Scents products.

      Bunyip Springs Farmstay

        Bunyip Springs Farmstay provides visitors with genuine farm experiences and the unique attractions nearby make Bunyip Springs the perfect place to holiday. The 251 hectare farm is a grazing property and paddocks near to the accommodation facilities are home to the farm animals. Children experience activities such as feeding/leading alpacas, hand milking, egg collecting and led horse ride. The property’s rural setting includes natural bushland, spring fed creeks and granite boulder formations. These features provide wonderful bushwalking, wildlife and bird watching opportunities.

        Nearby attractions include the beautiful Bunya Mountains National Park, Coomba Waterhole, trail riding at Cowboy Up, a Country hotel, Monthly markets at Nanango and Bunya Mountains and South Burnett wineries.

        Owner Kathy enjoys sharing the attractions of Bunyip Springs and is only too happy to guide visitors and familiarise them with the property.

        Accommodation premises include the Cottage and Unit, both have the option of two or three bedrooms for guests. The larger premises of the Lodge is suitable for larger groups (two families). All accommodation premises are self-contained with linen provided. Wood heaters make for cosy winter nights and verandas are popular to relax on in the summer months.
